Pin-Pin Huang Su

Pin-Pin teaches Tai Chi in conjunction with Qi Gong as mind, body, spirit are all inter-related. When not in a classroom, she has private patients that come to her for one-on-one expressive therapy. Here also, she combines her eastern medicinal healing roots with a western twist for a wholly, all-encompassing mind/body experience. more..

Tai Chi

The ultimate mind/body workout, tai chi is simply slow, fluid, continuous movements through formalized postures of centuries-old Chinese Taoist martial arts. Also, people have described it as "meditation in motion". Due to the ever-growing demands of exercises that focus on strengthening the internal and our core essence, people around the world are embracing eastern-based activities, such as tai chi, qigong and yoga. more..

Qi Gong

Otherwise known as Chi-kung, it is a Chinese traditional practice for health maintenance, a spiritual component of martial arts and a mind/body therapy.

Qi means "energy" or "life force" and Gong means work or skills. Originated with Taoists and Buddhists monks and martial artists ( and their students), Qi-going is working on the vital energy/life-force of the practitioners.

It is considered a part of traditional Chinese medicine.

It's main uses are for:
  • relaxation
  • cultivation of spirituality
  • promotion of health, mind and body
  • diaphragmatic breathing

...re-energizing vital energy.

Brainercise

Pin-Pin now also practices and teaches Brainercise, simple ways to stimulate new neural connections within the brain. For example, doing things routine, in non-routine ways like brushing teeth with non-dominant hand, rearranging your desk, or taking a new way to work. We lose 100,000 brain cells daily as our brain uses about 20 percent of your body’s entire energy production. When we work the brain harder, you use more, and the blood flow goes to the brain like working out.

Brainercise uses specific physical movements designed to enhance learning ability. It also unlocks the one-sided brain dominance and helps it access the entire brain so one can connect the mind with the heart, bring significant improvements physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.

Pin-pin is available to demonstrate and teach these simple techniques.
